At Precedence, Inc. our experienced staff brings together more than 100 years of combined experience as a hotel renovation company.   Our expertise includes design, purchasing, receipt, consolidation and construction.

 

While the extent of our involvement varies from project to project, our diversity of abilities broadens our understanding of the importance of all components involved in a renovation project. Our client base is extremely diverse, ranging from individual Inn owners, owners holding 30 or more inns, independent management operations and franchise operations holding thousands of properties. Hotel affiliations, in which we have worked, range from Marriotts to HoJo Inns.

 

For the most part, our work arises from repeat business by personal recommendations. In the case of several of our current accounts, our relationship reaches back more than 27 years.

 

Precedence, Inc. operates with a relatively flat organizational structure with Greg and Allen both deeply involved in each project from beginning to end. Our background, experience, and knowledge of brand standards make us a valuable addition to any development team.

 

We have considerable experience with most of the top brands in the industry including Marriott, Hyatt, and Sheraton to name just a few. We have a good understanding of what both independent owners and franchisors want; what works and what doesn’t; and what is cost effective.

 

We have a large bank of subs that travel with us from job to job. Some have been with us for 10 or more years, and perform specialized work such as wall vinyl, paint, carpet, FF&E installation, wall texture, tile , drywall and metal framing. These small independent crews, experienced in their trade, allow us to maintain a reasonable cost structure.

 

We are a small company, not bloated with overhead, but large enough to handle multi-million dollar contracts.
