The first step of a Renovation process completed by Precedence, Inc. is to complete a Site Evaluation. Through our site Evaluation, we are able to get a better judge of exactly what all your project will entail.
Our approach to budget development is to create an overall estimate that includes actual pricing on known quantities, and best guess estimates on the unknown.
All of these components are meshed together to generate an order-of-magnitude estimate. As the design progresses, real costs replace estimates and the budget becomes more accurate. Arriving at a GMP will involve much interactions with the owner, Architect, Trade Engineers, FF&E vendors, and Trade subcontractors.
